Our conditions in case of cancellation:

• You may cancel your booking without charge up to 3 months prior to your arrival
• From 3 months up to 1 month prior to your arrival, that cancellation fee is 40% of the cost of the booking
• From 1 month up to 8 days prior to your arrival, that cancellation fee is 70% of the cost of the booking
• When you cancel during the last week before you arrive we will invoice you 90% of the cost of your booking,
• on late arrival and early departure 100%.

For the upcoming winter season (04.12.2021 – 03.04.2022) we have relaxed our cancellation policy for all new and existing bookings.

• You may cancel your booking without charge up to 30 days prior to your arrival.
• From 29 days up to 14 days prior to your arrival, that cancellation fee is 40% of the cost of the booking.
• From 13 days up to 7 days prior to your arrival, that cancellation fee is 70% of the cost of the booking.
• From 6 days prior to your arrival, on early departure and late arrival we will invoice you 100%.

In case of travel restrictions (closed borders) or lockdown, which make a trip or a stay impossible, a free of charge cancellation is possible any time.

Please kindly note that for travellers coming from over 30 countries to Austria, the Austrian government has issued a travel warning. Please kindly ensure to inform yourself about the current rules for your country of destination, as you would be required to show a negative COVID-19 test when crossing the border into Austria. Please check this link where you can find the list of countries with COVID-19 travel warning by the Austrian ministry of Foreign Affairs (currently only available in German).
In case you require a COVID-19 test for your return or for crossing the border into your home country, we can support you in obtaining such a test at our local facilities (at own costs).

We recommend to stipulate a travel insurance with the European Travel Insurance company, which also covers cancellations and abruption of trips based on a COVID-19 infection. With the European Travel Insurance you can also contract the insurance belayed, in this case the shelter starts on day 10 after conclusion.
